"Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders placed by you, are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability.

Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and one invoice, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot cancel an order when it is in transit to the destination of the customer. If you want to cancel it while it is in transit, you will have to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back to the company address or send us an email so we can send you a return address.

"Payments

Payments are to be made through Stripe. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Highspirit Bags, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

"Promotions

Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. These T&Cs relate to all Highspirit Bags promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

• A maximum pre-discount spend limit of £200 applies per order

• Only one promotion code can be used per order

• A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed

• Promotional discount codes and Sales are not valid together.

• Discounts shown online apply only to full price products.

• Reductions are already reflected on prices listed on the website.

• Items bought during a sale period/at a discounted price can only be returned within 7 days of receipt.

"Returns

At Highspirit Bags, we want you to be happy with your order, however if for any reason the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us in its original condition with a copy of your invoice to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached, including security tag. We recommend that you use registered delivery and keep the receipt as we can't accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost. If you wish to return the bag for a refund. Once the bag arrives at our office and we confirm receipt of the bag, we will send the refund back to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When bags are sent to the customer, we have no responsibility over transit times and if post is lost during transit (take into consideration customs clearance with domestic and international orders). It is the responsibility of the parcel carrier that is used. To ensure further precaution, we provide tracking for orders to all our customers so they can also track the item.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method

If you wish to exchange the item, Highspirit Bags will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Recorded Delivery). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
